Mini explosive circuit to tone whole body

In this video Noemí Martínez will show you how you can work and tone the whole body in a different way. The circuit is designed to work legs, glutes, arms and core in general. If you tone your whole body you will burn more calories in less time.
These are some of the benefits that toning your whole body will bring:
- You will increase your resistance and you will decrease the risk of diseases by having a toned body, you will have more energy.
- It will improve your body posture.
- It will also improve your mental health since if you exercise frequently you will have more energy. Lower levels of stress and greater self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Increased endurance allows you to participate in physical activities such as swimming, dancing, walking.
- Training Full body gets more flexibility when practicing a routine of training.
You can do the circuit 2 or 3 times a week, as long as they are not consecutive days.
Here is a short description of the exercises that are done in the video, in addition to the corresponding exercise table:
- The first exercise is > squats , you will have to do 20 repetitions.
- In exercise number two you will have to do squats but this time incorporating jumps at the end , 10 repetitions.
- The third exercise consists of doing push-ups , 20 reps.
- Lastly it includes burpees , 1 0 repetitions.
We recommend that you rest for one minute between each circuit, and 15-30 seconds between exercise and exercise.
