The low self-esteem or lack of self-esteem is one of the most frequent problems in the consultations of psychologists. The negative perception towards the self of persons with low self-esteem comes to affect the daily life of the individual.

The concept of body image is shaped during the phases of development of our personality from what others say about us. In the end, the body image is what we think of ourselves, whether conditional or own.

It is important to be objective with one's self and be accepted.
